Beta terms
Terms of Service
Effective version 1.00175.
Beta service
NextLevelize is a beta service under active development. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed. The service may contain defects and may experience interruptions.
As-is availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. NextLevelize does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, compatibility with every system, or recovery of every record.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of information they submit, their account permissions, compliance with applicable laws, and maintaining independent copies of critical business records. Platform backups and recovery procedures do not replace a customer’s own record-retention obligations.
Third-party services
Features may depend on external providers for licensing, email, SMS, address validation, storage, billing, and infrastructure. Their availability and terms are outside NextLevelize’s direct control.
Liability limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextLevelize is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, service interruption, or loss, corruption, delay, or unavailability of data. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the beta service changes. Material updates may require renewed acceptance.
