NextLevelize processes identity, company, authentication, communications, customer reviews and private feedback, addresses, audit records, device information, service usage, billing references, and account configuration required to operate and secure the platform.

Purposes

Information is used for account administration, authentication, licensing, service delivery, communications, fraud prevention, support, compliance, auditing, and platform improvement.

Service providers

Selected information may be processed by configured providers for email, SMS, address validation, storage, billing, hosting, monitoring, and other approved integrations. Event-based location information is collected only when an approved feature requires it and is not intended for continuous tracking.

Account control

Account owners control company information and are responsible for providing required notices to their users and customers. Access is limited through account isolation, authenticated APIs, permissions, licensing, and audit logging.

Retention and rights

Retention depends on account status, licence terms, legal requirements, historical integrity, and configured retention rules. Applicable access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests may be directed to the platform operator.
